I’ve been thinking of you… I stumbled across a comment of yours on my blog from long ago, but mostly I think of you because I am doing couch to 5k right now and I remember when you were doing it. I am in week 5 and am really enjoying it (though it’s getting tougher!). I’m going “barefoot” — not literally but with shoes that allow me to use my whole foot and I’ve been doing foot strengthening exercises too. It’s nice to be standing on my own two feet.
